Payment Policy

Veterinary Associates, Inc. requires payment in full at the time of service.  We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Care Credit as payment options.

Appointment Policy

We operate primarily by appointment in order to allow sufficient time for all patients and procedures. Emergency cases receive top priority.  Occasionally, this may result in appointment delay.  Nevertheless, we make every effort to see each client on time.
For your convenience, “drop-off” appointments are available. A drop-off means you can bring your animal and leave him/her with us for the day. Usually, we will ask you to drop-off sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient as openings in the schedule become available. Once the doctor has completed an initial assessment, you will receive a call to go over the diagnostic and treatment options available for your animal.

Walk-in appointments are accepted, however you may be asked to “drop-off” as there may be a significant wait.  We will make an effort to fit the patient in between existing scheduled appointments.
